3. Eligibility
By using Ironhand Social Media, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter into agreements
- You have authority to act on behalf of any company or organization you represent
- All information provided is accurate and current
- Your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws and regulations
4. User Accounts
To access certain services, users may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for:

5. Client Responsibilities
Users and clients agree to:

- Maintain lawful ownership or licensing rights to uploaded content
- Obtain any necessary permissions from third parties
- Review and approve deliverables when applicable
- Respond in a timely manner to communications or approval requests
- Use the Platform responsibly and lawfully
Users remain solely responsible for all content, campaigns, posts, advertisements, communications, and materials published through the Platform.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
User Content
Users retain ownership of content they upload, submit, or publish through the Platform.
By using the Platform, users grant Ironhand a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for purposes related to operating and improving the services.
Ironhand Property
All software, systems, code, templates, branding, AI systems, automation workflows, interfaces, documentation, and proprietary methodologies remain the exclusive property of Ironhand unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Users may not:
- Reverse engineer the Platform
- Resell proprietary systems without authorization
- Copy or reproduce Platform features unlawfully
- Use the Platform to create competing services based on Ironhand proprietary systems
7. AI and Automation Services
Ironhand Social Media may include AI-powered features, automation systems, recommendation engines, analytics, or generated content.
Users acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies
- Automated recommendations are provided “as is”
- Human review may still be required
- Ironhand does not guarantee accuracy, legality, or business outcomes from AI-generated material
Users remain responsible for verifying all generated content before publication or use.
8. Payments and Billing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Services may require recurring subscription payments
- Certain features may require one-time or usage-based fees
- Payments are due in advance
- Late or failed payments may result in service interruption
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing
Ironhand reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, or service structures with reasonable notice.
9. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations
The Platform may connect with third-party services including social networks, advertising platforms, APIs, analytics tools, payment processors, and communication providers.
Ironhand is not responsible for:
- Third-party outages or policy changes
- API limitations or restrictions
- Account bans or suspensions imposed by external platforms
- Changes in algorithms or visibility
- Third-party data breaches or failures
Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and conditions.
10. Platform Availability
Ironhand strives to maintain reliable service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Security incidents
- Infrastructure failures
- Third-party provider outages
- Internet connectivity issues
Ironhand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use Ironhand Social Media to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Publish unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent content
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Engage in spam, harassment, or deceptive activity
- Manipulate platform metrics unlawfully
- Conduct unauthorized scraping or automated abuse
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
Ironhand may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential business, technical, operational, and strategic information exchanged during the relationship.
Confidential information may not be disclosed without authorization except where required by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironhand shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits or revenue
- Loss of data
- Reputation damage
- Platform interruptions
- Advertising performance losses
- Social media account suspensions
- Third-party platform actions
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the affected services during the previous three (3) months.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ironhand, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from claims arising from:
- User content
- Violations of laws or regulations
- Intellectual property infringement
- Unauthorized use of third-party materials
- Misuse of the Platform
- Violations of these Terms
15. Termination
Ironhand may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its discretion for violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, non-payment, security risks, or abuse.
Upon termination:
- Outstanding balances remain due
- Access to services may be revoked
- Certain data may be deleted in accordance with retention policies
- Users remain responsible for obligations incurred prior to termination
16. Privacy
Use of the Platform is also governed by the Ironhand Social Media Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, users consent to the collection and processing of information necessary to operate the services.
17. Modifications to Terms
Ironhand reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Platform or written notification.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws governing Ironhand S.A. de C.V. and the jurisdiction in which Ironhand primarily operates, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
